The Ultra Slimline electric radiator has a 10 year manufacturer’s guarantee; however this excludes the electronic control which has a three year guarantee.

We are in no doubt you will have many years of happy use from this product well beyond the specified guarantee. In the event of a fault or failure simply email us with the full details of the problem, including your full name, address and telephone number for the exchange and we will contact you by return.

In the event an exchange is deemed appropriate we will ship next day a replacement.
