Like all good business success story's - one delighted customer leads to numerous other customers.

The origin of the order for "Mansion House Hotel was via a customer called "Wedding Crafter", having provided them with 6 radiators for their offices, not only did their landlords become valued customers but the third party electrician that fitted them started recommending "The Economy Radiator Company" in and around the Scarborough area.

January 2008 we received a call from Jonathan Lazare at the Mansion House HOtel. Jonathan gave us a brief to improve the quality of heating, reduce running costs and just as important reduce the electrical load of the hotel. The hotel had been using 2kw convector heaters which were not only very expensive to run but provided a minimal quality of heat, but worst of all had a nasty habit of overloading the three phase supply and tripping out circuits.

We were able to install considerably more heaters (about a third more) yet at a lower Kilo watt output. Having discussed the merits of our system, Jonathan elected to buy the Remote control version "Cyclope".

The Cyclope would provide the ability to set radiators at their most efficient for running costs, times, temperature etc and more importantly the hotel could lock the radiators in order to provide the exact level of heating without danger of guests leaving the rooms heated when vacant.

When the fitting day arrived "The Economy Radiator Company" installed 25 radiators, the whole exercise too 2 days with only one man fitting.
